Minimum of 5 years+ experience advising clients on complex commercial real estate transactions
Experience dealing with complex development deals, joint venture, ground leases
Possess a J.D. from an accredited law school
Admitted in the District of Columbia
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
Excellent organization and time-management skills
