Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with every detail job
Uphold exceptional standards and quality of service to enhance the organization’s reputation
Thoroughly clean and detail the interior and exterior of vehicles, including washing, waxing, polishing, vacuuming, and sanitizing
Inspect vehicles for any damage or necessary repairs and report findings to management
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
Keep detailed records of services performed and inventory of detailing supplies
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong time management, organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and a meticulous approach to your work
Knowledge of various cleaning and detailing products and tools
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and bending, for extended periods
Required- have a valid driver's license with a clean record
