Responsibilities
Be the face of Agena Astro’s online presence through video content
Write & create compelling script ideas for new products, educational content, & more
Work closely with Marketing Director & Video Editor to produce content
Meet deadlines and produce content at a regular pace
Track & monitor performance of produced video content
Qualification
Required
Must have prior experience producing video content
Deep understanding of current astronomy products
Comfortable being in front of a camera & being the face of a brand
Ability to turn around video content on a tight deadline when required
Active in astrophotography or astronomy
Ability to simplify technical concepts into easily understood terms
Preferred
Experience producing astronomy video content as the host in front of the camera
Experience with studio/set design
Willingness to travel a few times per year to dark sky sites for filming on location
Experience with public outreach
Experience editing video content in platforms like Davinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere
