3+ years expArchinect is seeking an Architectural Designer to serve as the technical lead within their studio. This role involves translating design concepts into technical documentation and effectively communicating design intent to external partners.

Responsibilities
Design Communication: Clearly convey the studio's architectural and interior designs through detailed drawings, diagrams, and technical specifications
Technical Production: Lead the production of interior architectural drawing sets in AutoCAD and develop 3D models to study volumes, spatial relationships, and furniture proportions
Custom Millwork & Furniture: Develop detailed drawing packages to relay design intent to fabrication studios and collaborate with their teams to refine details
External Coordination: Work directly with outside architectural firms and project managers on extensive remodel and ground-up projects to ensure our studio’s design intent is seamlessly integrated into the primary building sets
Qualification
Required
3 to 5+ years of experience in high-end residential architecture or interiors
High proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software
Proven experience with ground-up residential construction and the nuances of external coordination
Preferred
Professional experience within an interior design studio environment is strongly preferred
