Responsibilities
Assists the leadership team by proactively serving as a field escalation point and senior level resource in support of client computing, networking, telecommunications, server, and cybersecurity
Installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, configuring, and upgrading hardware and software in collaboration with all technical teams as needed
Providing on-site or remote technical assistance to troubleshoot problems in a timely and accurate manner
Providing end-user training or general assistance where required
Partnering with Client Relations and others for client technology lifecycle planning and budgeting
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior desktop or comparable technical role
Strong cross-discipline skills with desktop, network, and related technologies
Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
Effective written and oral communication skills
Strong knowledge of end-user device technologies
Effective leadership and team building skills
Project management skills
Ability to adapt and keep skill set current with new technologies
