Responsibilities
Define and drive the product goal for adversarial enforcement infrastructure, translating operational needs into scalable technical solutions
Oversee the end-to-end product life-cycle for critical infrastructure, from requirements definition to launch and iteration
Partner closely with Detection, Engineering, and Scaled Abuse to ensure seamless integration of enforcement and measurement tools
Act as the primary bridge between technical infrastructure teams and operational business partners, managing expectations, roadmap dependencies, and OKRs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., marketing, business operations, consulting)
5 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership
5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders
Experience building accessibility best practices, and incorporating accessibility into product development methodologies
Preferred
5 years of experience in software development or engineering
Experience with content policy, adversarial abuse, and policy enforcement
