Provide a friendly, accurate, knowledgeable, and professional customer experience
Performs high dollar teller transactions
Scan work for image branch capture in a timely manner according to procedure
Handles all transactions with the highest degree of security and confidentiality
Consistent use of good judgment to protect customers and INTRUST Bank; protect the integrity of bank documents and customer confidentiality
Must be able to follow directions and perform various job-related tasks
Able to process deposits accurately and efficiently and/or change orders within standard time frames while following policies and procedures
Responds to internal customers for pick-up and delivery of change orders etc
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of related job experience
Excellent communication skills
Basic knowledge of computers and other office equipment
Ability to operate 10-key by touch
Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to exercise good judgment

Climbing of stairs, crouching, crawling, and kneeling required
Extended period(s) of time may be spent viewing a personal computer, sitting, standing, and walking
Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs
Must be able to push and pull cart holding up to 100 pounds of weight on a regular basis
Must be able to stoop and bend
Must be able to hear and speak clearly both face-to-face and over the phone
Must be able to use hands to key information and handle objects
