Account Manager I, Business Development, Amazon Global Logistics

Amazon is seeking an ambitious Account Manager to drive new business acquisition and customer growth for Amazon Global Logistics. The role focuses on expanding the client base of Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) Sellers by identifying and converting new sales opportunities, while building strong relationships and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and close new FBA Seller accounts to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, consistently converting high-potential leads into active clients
Implement consultative selling techniques to uncover FBA Sellers' supply chain challenges and present compelling solutions
Conduct persuasive remote and in-person sales presentations to demonstrate the value of Amazon Global Logistics
Lead strategic negotiations with new clients to deliver compelling implementation frameworks
Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients
Actively prospect for new business opportunities, leveraging market insights and network connections
Create and maintain net new external facing content including guides and videos
Monitor and analyze key sales metrics, including lead generation and conversion rates
Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics to strengthen sales approaches

Required

Bachelor's degree
2+ years of professional or military experience
Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience in procurement, negotiation, sales, consulting, supply chain, product/project management, or marketing
Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals
Experience with pipeline management skills to include utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools

Preferred

Speak, write, and read fluently in Mandarin
Knowledge of SQL
Experience within e-commerce or Retail fields
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc
