Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and execute a comprehensive training strategy aligned with organizational goals
Create and deliver structured leadership learning experiences, including workshops, coaching, mentoring, and experiential learning
Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps, performance opportunities, and organizational requirements
Facilitate engaging in‑person and virtual learning for all levels of the organization
Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance data to improve outcomes
Oversee training budgets, vendor relationships, and resource planning
Maintain knowledge of learning trends, new tools, compliance requirements, and best practices in training and development
Partner with HR and leaders to integrate training into development plans and progression pathways
Incorporate regulatory and organizational standards into all training content and delivery
Coach, mentor, and develop Training Specialists in effective facilitation, curriculum development, and program management
Continuously refine processes to improve member and employee experience
Manage administration, documentation, tracking, reporting, and delivery of education and compliance courses within the Learning Management System
Perform Other Duties as Assigned
Meet all established sales and service goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field strongly preferred
5+ years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Talent Management
Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theory, and e‑learning platforms
Proven facilitation, communication, and project management skills
Ability to analyze data and measure training effectiveness
Clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization
Coaching and team development experience
Strong facilitation and presentation abilities
Understanding of adult learning principles
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning technologies
Knowledge of credit union products, services, and compliance requirements
Strong rapport‑building and ability to foster team collaboration
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong problem‑solving skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional partners
