Assessor � developmental disabilities (hybrid)
Liberty Healthcare Corporation is seeking a full-time Assessor to support individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. In this role, you will lead meetings, gather and interpret information, and use assessment tools to determine needs for services and supports.

Responsibilities
Leading in person and virtual meetings with people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or autism, as well as their family members and caregivers
Gathering and interpreting pertinent information from individuals and their families and caregivers
Using standardized assessment tools to help determine needs for services and supports
Completing structured reports within established deadlines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, education, nursing, or related field
Professional or personal experience serving people who have autism and/or intellectual and developmental disabilities
Solid verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage people in productive conversations
Solid written communication, computer, active listening, and analytical skills
Residence in the State of Idaho
Very organized, self-motivated, independent and able to be productive in an autonomous role
Preferred
Relevant work experience and transferrable skills if you've worked as a Direct Support Professional, Social Worker, Healthcare or Human Services Intake / Admissions Specialist, Case Manager, Social Services Professional, Service Coordinator, Case Worker or Client Advocate
