They are seeking a Legal & Compliance Intern to gain hands-on experience in legal and regulatory matters within the fintech and digital asset space, supporting active cases and assisting with legal documentation.

Responsibilities
Support active arbitration and litigation matters
Conduct legal research and discovery related to ongoing cases
Prepare and organize legal documents for presentation to outside counsel
Review contracts, agreements, and related documentation
Assist with internal legal and compliance workflows as needed
Maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Qualification
Required
Pre-law degree holder or currently enrolled in law school
Strong English writing and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Interest in fintech, financial services, or regulatory environments
Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across time zones
Ability to manage multiple small tasks while meeting deadlines
