Responsibilities
Lead the execution of video projects, ensuring alignment with brand tone, messaging, and visual identity
Collaborate with marketing and creative colleagues to develop video strategies and concepts that support internal campaigns, project pursuits, and social content
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative storytelling techniques
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate all logistical aspects of production
Film high-quality video content for a range of formats across digital and social platforms
Lead on-site production, often on active jobsites - either independently or while also managing additional freelancers
Edit high-quality video content and handle color grading, sound design, and motion graphics to ensure brand consistency
Manage delivery schedules and version control across multiple platforms (digital, social, etc.)
Work alongside other video team members to properly manage and archive footage library
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Film, Communications, Media Production, or related field
5-8+ years of experience in video production. In-house corporate experience a plus
Proven track record producing high-quality video content across formats
Strong understanding of pre-production planning, cinematography, lighting, and post-production workflows
Proficiency with video and audio editing tools (primarily Adobe Suite and plugins)
Experience with animation and motion graphics workflows
Must be willing and able to travel frequently to various jobsites for video shoots (NY tri-state area, New England, DC Metro area, etc.)
