Responsibilities
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at the front desk by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and visitor management requirements
Control access to the building lobby by verifying identification, issuing visitor badges, managing sign-in and/or sign-out logs, and directing guests to the appropriate suite or contact
Monitor security-related systems from the front desk such as cameras, alarms, and access control panels, and report irregular activity according to post orders
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying building management and/or emergency services as directed by site procedures
Complete accurate reports and logs, document incidents, and communicate notable events to oncoming personnel and site contacts
Qualification
Required
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
