Handle a diverse range of matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, development projects, and investment structures
Work directly with lenders, developers, investors, servicers, financial institutions, asset managers, and ownership groups
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of substantive experience in commercial and complex real estate transactions
Strong experience in commercial real estate transactions or financings
JD in law from a respected law school
Excellent writing skills and academic credentials
The ability to manage client matters independently while contributing meaningfully to a collaborative, on-site team
Admission to the Florida Bar, or a genuine interest in relocating to Tampa to build a long-term practice
Preferred
Prior non-legal business experience in the commercial real estate sector (a plus)
