Responsibilities
Draft persuasive appellate briefs, motions, and related filings
Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis across a wide range of appellate issues
Participate in oral arguments, hearings, and appellate strategy discussions
Collaborate closely with partners and colleagues on complex legal questions and case development
Engage directly with clients and contribute to high-level advisory work
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of appellate or litigation experience with strong research and writing skills
Outstanding academic credentials with exceptional analytical abilities
Member of the Florida Bar (required)
Preferred
Experience in hearings or oral arguments
Federal clerkship experience highly advantageous
