Customer Service Representative
Olivarez Honey Bees is seeking a Customer Service Representative on a Seasonal basis. This position is responsible for managing customer orders and inquiries and ensuring every OHB customer receives exceptional service.

Responsibilities
Promptly answer phone calls, respond to inquiries and manage customer orders
Professionally handle customer escalations through demonstrating ownership of customer issues and working proactively to resolve issues in a timely manner
Accurately process all payment transactions
Manage customer accounts
Process all orders for daily shipping
Filing all customer information
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
High school diploma or GED
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of clerical procedures, including operating a multi-line phone
Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize tasks while remaining organized
Enthusiastic attitude in person and over the telephone
Must have a strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
Preferred
Previous administrative experience preferred
Bilingual not required but preferred
