Responsibilities
Train, supervise, and evaluate employees and inmates engaged in warehouse and delivery operations
Coordinate daily work schedules to optimize delivery efficiency and resource utilization
Manage in-state pickups and deliveries, including route development and load coordination
Maintain high work morale & promote harmonious labor relations. ensure proper maintenance and safe operation of delivery vehicles. manage operational paperwork and safeguard vehicles and tools
Assist with inventory management and serve as a backup truck driver when needed
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma and relevant experience in business management, public administration or administrative services
A bachelor's degree may be substituted for required work experience
A high school diploma and one (1) year of warehouse/logistics management and one (1) year supervisory experience
Must successfully complete four (4) weeks of SCDC Basic Training upon hire
Preferred
CDL-A License preferred
