Responsibilities
Advise, direct, and execute the customer purchasing process
Meet and greet customers according to company procedure and assure a high-quality experience for all customers
Complete review of vehicle with customer, guiding them through test drive and approval process
Keep customer informed about process at every step, always answering any questions completely and honestly
Collect stipulations for each customer
Guide customers through approval document including, sales values, payments, and all other assigned relevant information with customer
Help customer in selecting the vehicle that best suits there need within the approval guidelines
Guide customers through the closing process once vehicle is selected, assisting them with final paperwork as necessary
Pursue phone ups, lot ups, walk-ins, etc. to increase the customer base for the company
Develop and maintain knowledge about the program, products, and vehicles available to customers
Grow and increase client base through community networking, self-advertising, canvassing, etc
Assist and maintain the lot and floor appearance
Qualification
Required
High school degree or equivalent
Preferred
associates or bachelor's in business or related field
3 plus years' previous automotive sales experience
1 or more years DMS experience
