Responsibilities
Advise on the tax aspects of taxable and tax-free mergers and acquisitions, buyouts, and restructurings
Support private equity transactions, fund formations, joint ventures, and financings
Assist with inbound and outbound international tax planning
Work on matters involving tax credits, incentives, and complex financial instruments
Draft tax analyses, transaction documents, and client memoranda
Manage multiple active matters in a high-volume transactional environment
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of experience as a transactional tax associate in a law firm
Strong academic credentials, including an LL.M. in Taxation (required)
Comfortable working across multiple deals simultaneously in a fast-moving practice
Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
Detail-oriented, organised, and client-focused
