Clinical Programs Manager, Sr.

The Senior Manager of Clinical Programs – Respiratory is responsible for designing and implementing innovative care programs, optimizing clinical workflows, and leading a remote team of Respiratory Therapists to enhance program performance.

Responsibilities

Identify, design, and implement new clinical programs and care models within the respiratory business segment
Conduct research and interpret clinical, market, and operational insights to guide program development and innovation
Provide strategic perspective to identify growth levers and support initiatives that advance the respiratory business
Lead the development and execution of tools and dashboards that provide enhanced insight into clinical program performance
Use multidimensional data analytics to evaluate program results, identify improvement opportunities, and support evidence based decision making
Collaborate closely with clinical, operations, technical, and product teams to bring new respiratory care programs from concept to implementation
Partner with IT teams and external vendors to drive enhancements and evolution of internal clinical management platforms
Oversee the remote clinical RT team, ensuring operational excellence, productivity, and high quality clinical performance
Provide coaching, guidance, and performance management to support the success and growth of the team
Ensure team alignment with organizational goals and maintain accountability for clinical outcomes tied to respiratory program execution

Required
