Center Manager
HairClub is looking for a Center Manager to lead all operations in their Center, ensuring success in sales, member experience, profitability, efficiency, and safety. The role involves hiring, training, and managing the Center team while focusing on member retention and growth.

Responsibilities
Mentor, lead and train your team to optimize development
Increase Center's Member Retention and Growth
Implement and execute HairClub's strategies, programs, and communications
Staff and lead your Center team
Drive focus on the ultimate member and employee experience
Ensure the expectations of new, existing, and potential Members are exceeded
Qualification
Required
At least five (5) years of relevant management experience
Relevant sales and long-term client relationship experience
Excellent communication and team-leading skills
