Responsibilities
Work on complex, high-stakes patent litigation matters in federal district courts and before the ITC
Play a key role in all phases of litigation, including Markman hearings, discovery, depositions, working with technical and damages experts, motion practice, and trial preparation
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in patent litigation
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Admission to practice in one or more relevant jurisdictions (CA, NY, MA, DC)
Technical background in electrical engineering, computer science, or life sciences (e.g., biology, biochemistry, immunology)
Strong litigation skills including legal research, writing, and oral advocacy
Proven ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively on complex matters
Experience with patent litigation in district court and/or ITC proceedings
