Responsibilities
Represent consumer product companies in responding to demand letters and government inquiries involving California Proposition 65
Assist in defending consumer class actions involving alleged false advertising, consumer deception, and regulatory non-compliance
Draft motions, briefs, and regulatory responses with precision and strong analytical focus
Collaborate with subject-matter specialists on issues involving FTC, NAD, FDCA, CPSC, greenwashing, slack fill, and related consumer regulatory matters
Engage directly with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams across multiple offices
Qualification
Required
5–8 years of litigation experience, ideally with exposure to consumer products or regulatory matters
Strong academic credentials, excellent research and writing ability, and meticulous attention to detail
Comfortable working directly with clients and handling matters efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Member of the California Bar or eligible for admission
Preferred
Experience across industries such as food, supplements, cleaning products, technology, OTC drugs, and personal care is advantageous but not essential
