Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Production Quality Inspectors
Oversee product and process verification to ensure compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations
Support root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
Assign and prioritize daily inspection tasks to support production schedules
Monitor performance metrics and inspection trends; identify opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with Quality Engineering, Production, Training, and customer representatives
Foster a safe, inclusive, and high-quality work environment
Maintain accurate inspection, production, and time records
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred
5+ years of experience in quality control, inspection, testing, or a related manufacturing role (supervisory experience strongly preferred)
8+ years of overall related experience is ideal
Strong understanding of ISO 9001 standards and quality systems
Experience with root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes
Working knowledge of MES and ERP systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting, communication, and data analysis
Comfortable applying basic math (fractions, percentages, ratios, etc.) to real-world situations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization
Ability to lead diverse teams, manage ambiguity, and make sound decisions
