Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and enhance ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CMDB to support clinical and administrative workflows
Build scalable, automated workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and JavaScript
Design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow–SailPoint ISC integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, SCIM-based provisioning, and event-driven automation
Integrate SailPoint ISC with the ServiceNow Service Catalog, enabling automated access requests, approvals, and provisioning
Develop and maintain identity lifecycle automation (joiner/mover/leaver) for clinicians, nurses, and staff
Support access provisioning for clinical systems including EHR/EMR, imaging, and pharmacy platforms
Troubleshoot identity, workflow, and integration issues across ServiceNow and SailPoint with minimal disruption to patient-care operations
Partner with IAM, Security, HR, Clinical Informatics, and IT Operations teams to streamline access governance
Maintain documentation, integration diagrams, and compliance artifacts supporting HIPAA, HITRUST, and SOC 2 audits
Contribute to platform roadmap planning for identity automation and healthcare-specific workflow improvements

Hands-on ServiceNow professional with deep experience integrating SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) into enterprise workflows within a healthcare environment
ServiceNow–SailPoint ISC integrations, including Service Catalog enablement, identity lifecycle automation, and secure access provisioning
Configure, maintain, and enhance ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CMDB to support clinical and administrative workflows

3–5+ years of ServiceNow administration or development experience in a healthcare or regulated environment
Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with SailPoint ISC, including identity lifecycle management (JML), API-based integrations, Service Catalog integration, access modeling and governance, automated provisioning and deprovisioning
Strong understanding of healthcare IAM concepts, including role-based access for clinical applications, provider onboarding and offboarding, least-privilege and regulatory compliance
Proficiency with JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven workflows
Ability to translate clinical and operational requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions

Preferred

ServiceNow CSA, CAD, or CIS certifications
SailPoint ISC or IdentityIQ certifications or advanced hands-on experience
Experience with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech)
Familiarity with HIPAA, HITRUST, and healthcare audit processes
Experience with Azure AD, SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, and SCIM
Background in healthcare security operations or clinical IT support
