Serve as the patient’s voice by promptly addressing concerns and collaborating with providers for effective resolutions
Leverage your expertise in electronic medical records to efficiently manage patient care, documentation, and communication
Actively participate in daily huddles, ensuring seamless workflows and proactive solutions to patient and scheduling challenges
Monitor medical necessity for orders, assist with referrals, and ensure compliance with quality payment incentive programs
Conduct engaging and informative education sessions tailored to specific clinic needs
Cheerfully assist other units or clinics during shortages and handle additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Graduate from an approved vocational licensed practical nurse program
Must maintain current, active license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Colorado
Must maintain current BLS certification
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for patient care
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in electronic health records and clinical workflows
