In this role, you will fight for clients to achieve significant settlements and verdicts in wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases, while managing legal strategies and representing clients in various legal matters.

Responsibilities

Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Develop legal strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients
Develop and deliver arguments and represent clients in personal injury matters
Conduct and defend depositions
All things to move cases to settlement discussions or preparing for trial

Qualification

California State Bar LicensePersonal Injury LitigationTrial ExperienceNegotiation SkillsPublic SpeakingResearch SkillsCritical ThinkingInterpersonal SkillsWritten CommunicationAttention to DetailAdaptability

Required

Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
At least five years of experience specializing in personal injury litigation
Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and public speaking skills
Ability to negotiate, research, and communicate both verbally and in writing
Ability to exercise common sense in complex situations
Adaptable and meticulous attention to detail
Reliably commute to or planning to relocate to Beverly Hill, CA (90212)
