This role involves assisting the Executive Director with operational guidelines and ensuring quality assurance goals are met while delivering exceptional customer service to residents and staff.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, families, staff and vendors by cultivating quality relationships
Fulfill Human Resource/Payroll responsibilities at the community level - payroll, offboarding, training & employee morale
Provide financial and system support to Executive Director and staff through accounting systems, cash management, budget review and invoice approvals
Directly supervise the 24hr Concierge and Reception teams
Assures a stable staff of optimal quantity and quality, by recruiting, hiring, scheduling, supervising, evaluating, counseling, and, if necessary, terminating employees

Required

3-5 years' experience in Senior Living or Office Manager role
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, residents, employees, and the general public
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
AL & MC regulations knowledge
Manage and process Long-Term Care insurance billing, claims, and required documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
Ability to prioritize, organize, and delegate assignments
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, electronic, or schedule form
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
