Responsibilities
Monitor 30+ Dell servers running VMware ESXi 6.7 in ADC
Monitor 8+ DR servers and ensure availability and performance
Perform daily planning and coordination with a full-time counterpart (acting manager)
Maintain and monitor ESXi and Dell appliances using OMIVV, OMSA, and Enterprise Manager (Storage)
Maintain and monitor SAN infrastructure across ADC and DR facilities
Support and manage VMware SRM (Site Recovery Manager)
Participate in bi-weekly VMware operational meetings
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with VMware ESXi 6.7
Experience managing and monitoring Dell server environments
Solid knowledge of SAN storage and DR environments
Experience with VMware SRM
Strong communication and coordination skills
