Drive the performance and success of our Architectural staff, projects, and program teams through the development and mentorship of junior Staff
Develop new business opportunities through direct and indirect customer contact
Oversee and facilitate communication amongst internal and external Clients
Assist the team in achieving its mission and profitability goals
Qualification
Required
Licensed Professional Architect in good standing
Bachelor's degree in Architecture and 4 years of experience in the field of Architecture
Preferred
Master's degree in Architecture with a minor in urban planning or similar
Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
Software experience with Bluebeam, Excel, Deltek VantagePoint
Specialized certification in Architecture related systems. [NCARB, etc.]
Specialized experience as a Job Captain or Assistant PM is preferred
