Administrative Specialist and Quality Control

They are seeking a Quality Control & Administrative Specialist who will serve as the customer’s advocate and support key administrative functions to ensure smooth business operations.

Responsibilities
Inspect pre-production and post-production samples to ensure products meet company standards
Evaluate products as a real customer would —function, finish, durability, usability
Identify defects, inconsistencies, or potential issues before products go to market
Create clear, accurate inspection reports with findings and recommendations
Support quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives
Provide essential administrative support across quality, inventory, purchasing, and coordination
Maintain documentation, system updates, and internal reporting
Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and inventory teams
Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
Jump in where needed to keep operations running smoothly
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in quality control, office administration, or a related role
Detail-oriented, organized, and naturally customer-focused
Clear and professional communication across teams
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of work
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Adaptable, dependable, and take pride in doing quality work
Excellent written and spoken English required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
Spanish or Chinese language skills are a plus
Experience with QuickBooks, RepZio, Shopify, spreadsheets, quality inspections, or audits
