Responsibilities

Assist in managing MEDITECH Expanse implementation projects, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule
Collaborate with stakeholders to support project goals, scope, and deliverables
Contribute to documentation of technical and functional requirements, providing system guidance to clients
Participate in workflow and gap analysis, offering recommendations for process improvements
Support system build activities and participate in testing events to ensure quality outcomes
Provide onsite and remote support for clients and team members
Identify risks and issues, escalating them appropriately per project guidelines
Maintain proper project tracking, status reporting, and adherence to issue and risk escalation processes
Assist in post-project review and documentation updates

Required

5+ years of IT project management experience required
Ability to coordinate project requirements and collaborate effectively within project teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and accountable approach
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor with a customer service focus

Preferred

Exposure to hospital operations preferred
Experience with EHR implementation projects, particularly MEDITECH Expanse, is a plus
Bachelor's degree preferred (Healthcare, Business, or related field)
PMP certification strongly preferred
Master's degree or equivalent advanced credential in Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or Information Systems is a plus
