Responsibilities
Handle billing and time entry in compliance with firm and client guidelines
Prepare and manage discovery, including e-Discovery
Draft and process records requests, conduct document review, and manage redactions
Assist with expert vetting and perform background investigations
Support mediation and trial preparation, including exhibit and trial presentation support
Maintain case files, calendars, and litigation deadlines
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of defense litigation experience (insurance defense preferred)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
Experience with Trial Director or other trial presentation software
Experience using LexisNexis
Preferred
Familiarity with CaseMap, TextMap, and TimeMap is a plus
