Chief Operating Officer
Concorde Financial Group is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) who will be responsible for the company's daily operations management and strategy execution. The COO will build an efficient and scalable operating system, coordinate resource allocation, and ensure the high-quality implementation of the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities
Participate in the overall company strategy formulation and be responsible for the execution and implementation of the strategy at the operational level
Translate company strategic goals into annual business plans, operational objectives, and key action plans
Continuously monitor strategy execution, drive adjustments and optimizations, and ensure the achievement of business objectives
Comprehensively manage the company's operating system, covering business operations, delivery, customer operations, supply chain, and support functions (depending on the industry)
Establish a standardized, scalable, and replicable operating model to support continuous company growth
Balance efficiency, cost, quality, and customer experience to improve overall operational performance
Drive end-to-end business process optimization and continuous improvement
Lead company-wide operational transformation, efficiency improvement, and cost optimization projects
Introduce advanced management methods such as lean operations and digital operations to improve operational maturity
Establish a company-wide operational performance management system (KPIs, OKRs, business indicators)
Make operational decisions and predictions based on data analysis to improve management science
Regularly report operational performance, risks, and improvement suggestions to the CEO and the board of directors
Collaborate closely with executives from finance, marketing, sales, product, technology, and human resources
Promote strong alignment of organizational goals, resources, and priorities
Solve complex operational problems across departments and business units
Build and lead a high-performing operations management team
Cultivate a talent pipeline for business and operations management, and improve succession planning
Build an operational culture centered on execution, accountability, and continuous improvement
Identify and manage operation-related risks to ensure business continuity and compliance
Establish emergency response and operational assurance mechanisms
Enhance the organization's ability to cope with uncertain environments and complex changes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
20+ years of experience in operations management, general management, or related fields
At least 15 years of experience in senior management or core management positions in large organizations
Experience in operations management in group companies, listed companies, or high-growth companies
Ability to efficiently translate strategies into operational results
Proficient in building complex operational systems
Ability to manage and predict based on data
Ability to drive organizational collaboration
Ability to drive organizational transformation in complex environments
Preferred
MBA, EMBA, or equivalent advanced management education is preferred
Experience in scaling up operations, operational transformation, or building operational excellence
Experience in cross-regional or international operations management
Experience in lean management, digital transformation, or process re-engineering
Experience as an operational transformation leader in a consulting firm or large enterprise is preferred
