Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between the company and its customers
Develop new opportunities through sales activities (phone calls, in person visits, etc.)
Client relationship management
Account management (onboarding new clients, managing account performance, etc.)
Sales and revenue generation
Communicating and reporting with clients, across teams within the company, etc.)
Problem solving to address client issues effectively
Bring quotes to the table, send job sheets, create rate sheets
Create daily report of what’s been done with a “to do” list for next day
Travel involved, primarily in Florida, to visit clients
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Account Manager/Sales/Project Manager experience
Ability to build relationships with clients
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work well with a team
Experience in sales activities (phone calls, in person visits, etc.)
Client relationship management skills
Account management experience (onboarding new clients, managing account performance, etc.)
Sales and revenue generation experience
Effective communication and reporting skills with clients and teams
Problem-solving skills to address client issues
Ability to create quotes, job sheets, and rate sheets
Ability to create daily reports and to-do lists
Willingness to travel primarily in Florida to visit clients
Driven, hardworking, and self-motivated
Attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills

Proficiency in using Excel
