Responsibilities
Support post-production workflows for TV and film marketing assets
Coordinate with internal teams, trailer houses, and finishing vendors
Manage video and audio assets across multiple formats
Assist with legal and clearance processes for marketing content
Ensure accuracy, organization, and on-time delivery across all post-production materials
Maintain detailed documentation and tracking of assets and approvals
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of post-production experience
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency on Mac platforms and comfort learning new software and web-based tools
Working knowledge of video and audio formats
Experience with TV and film finishing workflows
Familiarity with trailer houses and finishing houses
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Experience supporting legal and clearance workflows (highly preferred)
Background in both video and audio post-production
General graphics knowledge
Proactive, collaborative, and detail-driven work style
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
