Review the Mortgage Assistance documents for all loss mitigation related options
Distribute borrower related documents in a timely manner to staff for processing
Ensure compliance with timely borrower notification process and CFPB
Responsible for achieving production and quality standards on a monthly basis
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent work experience
One to six months of experience processing residential mortgage loans, loss mitigation or other related field
Basic understanding of FHA, USDA, VA Fannie, Freddie, and Conventional loan requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, etc
Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
