Responsibilities
Own high-impact frontend initiatives end-to-end across core user journeys
Lead technical design and implementation for large frontend changes
Define and implement reusable patterns in a modern Next.js codebase
Improve performance, SEO, Core Web Vitals, and conversion metrics
Raise code quality through reviews, standards, and mentorship
Improve developer velocity through better tooling, testing, and observability
Partner with backend engineers on API design and performance optimization
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience building production web applications
Deep expertise in React and modern frontend architecture (SSR/SPA hybrids)
Experience leading rewrites or major migrations of high-traffic web products
Ability to mentor engineers and elevate frontend practices across a team
