Responsibilities

Applying Lean tools
Identification and waste elimination in process
Developing and implementing modified Standard Work
Design and implementation of assembly jigs
Helping with improvements to capacity model accuracy
Work with team on autonomation projects to improve capacity. (Likely helping with buffer upgrades and implementation of smart cell upgrades for quality.)
Updating facility layouts – lighting layouts, camera layouts, changes due to equipment and cell moves

Required

Some College
Relevant internship or project experience
A minimum GPA of 3.0
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven problem-solving capabilities
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Experience leading teams or organizations
Medium work/some lifting required/standing and walking for extended periods

Preferred

Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
