Responsibilities
Manage all required compliance, and quality assurance expectations within the distribution space
Manage CAPA Quality System, dispositions, and drive and develop corrective actions
Perform internal audits to meet cGMP requirements
Manage and report the QA KPIs for the DC space
Under general direction, has duties of instructing, directing, and checking the work of operators at the distribution center
Responsible for application of quality principles and complex analysis of quality records, reports and makes recommendations for improvements
Validation of applicable systems and equipment within the DC space
Updates, reviews, and creates procedures in the QA space for the DC
May liaise with external vendors
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
Four years Quality experience
Good written/verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, analytical troubleshooting skills and the ability to multitask
This position requires a high degree of teamwork, working well cross-functionally, high level of communication skills, and must perform all task with minimal supervision
Preferred
Knowledge of applicable regulatory standards and requirements for infant formula and nutritionals, ideally within an FDA regulated industry
Logistics experience
PCQI certification
