Project Coordinator [HR Transformation]
SPECTRAFOR is seeking a Project Coordinator for their HR Transformation program. This role provides critical administrative and project management support to ensure the smooth execution of the program, driving cross-functional alignment and maintaining detailed program documentation.

Manage meeting logistics
Track deliverables
Prepare communications
Maintain detailed program documentation
Qualification
Required
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Candidates must have a strong background in both Workday and ServiceNow
Skilled in using PowerApps to streamline workflows and processes
Experienced in building dashboards to track and visualize project progress
Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication
10 years of experience in project coordinator role
Preferred
Good to have: Power BI (basic level)
