Manage billing for hourly and fixed-fee matters
Qualification
Required
JD from an accredited law school
Active Virginia Bar license (required)
2-4 years of collections experience
Knowledge of FDCPA compliance and district court procedures
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
