Manage a high-volume caseload of HOA and community association collection matters
Handle court appearances and post-judgment enforcement actions
Interpret governing documents and draft legal opinions
Work closely with shareholders, paralegals, and administrative staff
Communicate regularly with HOA boards and management companies
Attend on-site meetings, elections, and board sessions
Manage billing for hourly and fixed-fee matters

Required

JD from an accredited law school
Active Virginia Bar license (required)
