Responsibilities
Perform system troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of special hazards detection and suppression systems
Conducting preventive maintenance
Providing technical support
Offering training when necessary to ensure systems operate effectively and in compliance with regulations
Work closely with team members and clients to uphold Kint Corporation’s standard of safe and secure solutions
Qualification
Required
Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for special hazards and suppression systems
Knowledge and experience in Maintenance & Repair, including diagnosing and resolving system issues
Proficiency in performing Preventive Maintenance to ensure reliable system performance
Ability to provide Training to clients and team members for system operation and safety compliance
NICET Level II certification in Special Hazards Systems or higher
Familiarity with fire protection codes and regulations
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the designated service area
