Responsibilities
Lead the development of Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for custom applications
Integrate Power Platform solutions with existing IT infrastructure, including RESTful APIs, Azure services, and on-premises systems such as SQL databases and MySQL
Develop and maintain secure applications using RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) principles to ensure data integrity and compliance
Utilize your knowledge of web development frameworks like React Express, JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Python to enhance application functionality
Manage source code repositories using GitHub, SVN, or Git to ensure version control and seamless collaboration
Apply Agile methodologies to plan sprints, conduct code reviews, and deliver iterative improvements on projects
Support deployment processes on cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure while adhering to best practices for application development in Linux or Windows environments
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development workflows by integrating tools like Visual Studio Code, VBA scripting, and C++ where applicable
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in software development with a focus on Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Strong background in IT infrastructure components including AWS cloud services, Azure platform management, Linux/Windows server environments, and RESTful API integrations
Proficiency in front-end development using JavaScript frameworks such as React or similar technologies; experience with web development best practices is essential
Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL, SQL Server, or similar; ability to write complex queries and optimize database performance
Hands-on experience with version control systems including GitHub, SVN or equivalent tools for collaborative software development
Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, C++, Java, Python or VBA for application customization and automation tasks
Understanding of security protocols including RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) to safeguard sensitive data within applications
Experience working within Agile teams utilizing methodologies like Scrum or Kanban for project management
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly across teams and stakeholders while maintaining a proactive problem-solving attitude
