Accounting Specialist
Mission Critical Group designs, manufactures and provides value-added services for customers requiring critical power solutions. The Accounting Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations, while also supporting the overall financial operations of the organization.

Responsibilities
Accurately record and update financial transactions in the accounting system
Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Process invoices, managing payments to vendors, and collecting payments from clients
Process incoming payments by check, credit card, and EFT
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information
Adhere to accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent experience
Understanding of GAAP accounting principles and practices
Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize workload, multi-task, and work under pressure in a demanding environment
Maintain discretion and confidentiality
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy with data entry
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Preferred
Experience in inventory management
