Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted Commercial Lines Account Manager, overseeing a diverse portfolio of clients and providing top-notch service at every touchpoint
Cultivate strong relationships with commercial lines clients, ensuring their unique needs are understood and met promptly and effectively
Conduct comprehensive policy reviews, diligently assessing coverage requirements and identifying opportunities for optimizing client protection
Collaborate closely with underwriters and carriers to negotiate favorable terms, securing the best possible coverage for our clients
Skillfully handle policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
Demonstrate exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, resolving concerns, and guiding clients through the claims process
Stay well-informed about industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics to offer valuable insights and recommend tailored coverage options
Leverage your expertise in insurance software systems, including Epic, to manage client data, generate reports, and streamline operations

Required

Proven track record as a Commercial Lines Account Manager, with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in insurance software systems, particularly Epic, or similar platforms, to effectively manage client accounts and streamline processes
Hold a valid Property & Casualty insurance license, demonstrating a deep understanding of commercial lines insurance
Meticulous attention to detail, superb organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling you to establish and maintain strong client relationships
A customer-centric mindset and a proven history of providing exceptional service to commercial lines clients
Aptitude for both independent work and collaboration within a team-oriented environment
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
Unwavering integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct in all your interactions

Preferred

Possessing additional insurance designations (such as CIC, CRM, or CPCU) is highly advantageous and showcases your commitment to professional growth
