Administrative Office Assistant

The role of the Administrative/Office Assistant is to provide clerical and administrative support to departments at Sycamores, ensuring strong communication between department leadership and program providers.

Provide clerical and administrative support to departments at Sycamores
Demonstrate strong communication between the department leadership, program leadership, and program providers in a strength-based and system-oriented manner
Qualification
Required
Two to three years of general office experience required
Maintains all required licenses and certifications
Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Publisher, Etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter with the ability to set priorities
Effective work organization skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
Preferred
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
At least one year of administrative office experience preferred
