Human Resources Director

Responsibilities

Ensure absolute adherence to U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) regulations, including FLSA, FMLA, and ADA across multi-state operations
Lead the design and fiduciary oversight of U.S. 401(k) retirement plans and health benefits, ensuring competitive market positioning
Act as the primary contact for labor concerns, overseeing internal investigations and dispute resolution to maintain a productive work environment
Partner with senior leadership and department heads to forecast future hiring needs and skill gaps, ensuring all talent acquisition efforts remained aligned with organizational growth objectives
Use people analytics to forecast hiring needs and address skills gaps within the domestic workforce
Synchronize international HR strategies with overarching business goals to drive global productivity and profitability
Manage complex regulatory environments abroad, overseeing relationships with Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) and legal counsel to mitigate risk
Manage end-to-end U.S. visa processes (e.g., H-1B, L-1) and global mobility for international transfers
Develop training programs to help leadership navigate cultural differences and foster a unified global employee culture

Required

Bachelor's degree in HR or Business required
15+ years of HR leadership experience
At least 5 years managing multi-state U.S. operations and international teams
Expert proficiency in global HRIS platforms like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors

MBA or Master's in Labor Relations preferred
