Responsibilities
Prospect, develop, and close new accounts across the West Coast, with a focus on urology groups, academic medical centers, community hospitals, and health systems
Act as a true hunter: generate pipeline through outbound efforts, conferences, KOL relationships, and creative deal-making
Navigate complex healthcare sales cycles involving physicians, administrators, IT, contracting, and billing stakeholders
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and value-based presentations tailored to clinical and executive audiences
Build strong relationships with physician champions and healthcare leaders
Manage forecast and pipeline for opportunities through CRM
Provide feedback to leadership and product teams to help shape go-to-market strategy, messaging, and product evolution
Qualification
Required
Urology MedTech Sales Experience Required
Proven sales hunter with a track record of closing new business
Experience selling into urology, medical devices, healthcare SaaS, or enterprise software for healthcare systems
Comfortable selling complex, high-value solutions with multiple stakeholders
Self-directed, highly organized, and able to operate independently in a startup environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both clinical and executive audiences
Willingness to travel across the West Coast as needed
