Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team to increase customer engagement and revenue through effective partner product management
Own and execute the partner product solutions strategy to align with business needs and market demands
Engage directly with business customers to support solution discovery, adoption, and successful implementation
Collaborate cross-functionally to refine digital marketplace strategies and maintain competitive advantage
Drive sales enablement initiatives to equip sales teams with tools and knowledge for partner solution positioning
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED (Required)
4-7 years - Experience in solutions engineering, product development, operations, or IT supporting systems and tools
Experience supporting third-party solutions
Experience launching services or products
Technology Solutions Proficiency in solving technical requirements for customers or sales teams. (Required)
Communication Excellent oral and written communication; strong interpersonal skills. (Required)
Applications Proficiency with business application software. (Required)
Strategic Thinking Ability to provide strategic direction to senior leaders and peers. (Required)
Technical Presentations Ability to create and deliver technical presentations. (Required)
Technical Acumen: Subject Matter Expertise in at least ONE wireless area of focus (Managed Network Products, Communications Products, Technology, or SE&I Support Programs) (Required)
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree STEM or PM area of study is strongly preferred. (Preferred)
